life is short... treasure ur life

yesterday, mum told me her ex-boss passed away.. she juz went to visit her last mon.. It was bcos of cancer and she was 53. So young? u might say.. her husband died much earlier at around 40 cos of cancer too i think. Life seems so short..

That day my mum went to visit her, she asked my mum, "do u think i'll get better?"
My mum answered, "juz don't think too much, take it as a break.."

This reminds me of a friend, she told us that she doesn't wan to live for too long.. she wanna die at around age 50. Hey, ppl r struggling to live and there u r thinking of death? Reminds me of the recent suicide case too.. the man killed his wife n his two adorable kids before killing himself.. how many ppl in the hospital r struggling to live and there we hv ppl who don't treasure their life.

Another thing.. to die of cancer is painful.. imagine how much pain the patient has to go thru..

so do treasure ur life...

A day starting with...

jogging for 2 rounds at LB park..
Woke up damn early today and went for a jog.. can't recall when's the last time i actually exercise, reminds me of the "jjc's tortures", how we used to hate PE lessons, how we used to complain abt the PE lessons. Come to think of it, i missed the lessons!!! *faints* well.. the lessons did make us slim & fit then.. and now? Look at me.. so unhealthy and "fat" ("fat" as in starting to gain weight lah), look at the current jjc students(esp gals) and you'll know what i mean.
